Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Representative to join our team. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and hospitality to every customer in the restaurant, while working collaboratively with our team to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet incoming customers promptly and provide a friendly and efficient dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of our menu and prices, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Order Taking and Service: Take orders and serve food and/or beverages to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cashiering and Payment Processing: Handle cashiering duties, including preparing checks and processing payments through our POS system.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, including removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed.
- Setup and Stocking: Set up tables in preparation for the next customer and stock service areas with supplies when needed.
- Health and Safety: Maintain personal health and sanitation standards, and be knowledgeable of all safety codes per our guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with our code of ethics, integrity, and conduct.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a server.
- Skills: Friendly attitude, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, and work in a team environment.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible schedules.
- Education: High School diploma preferred.
- Background Check: All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.
Work Environment:
- Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment.
- May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment.
- May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
- Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
