Job Title: Custodian Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor to join our team at Burns Lake Automotive Supply Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Custodian Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our custodial staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Business administration/management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
