About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Burns Lake Automotive Supply Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our facilities team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Recommend and Arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish Work Schedules and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Business Administration/Management experience is an asset.
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
