Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train Staff: Provide training to new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Determine the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and service, ensuring that our customers receive excellent dining experiences.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen and dining areas are fast-paced environments that require a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand, walk, and bend frequently, and may be required to lift heavy objects.
