This role is situated within the Insurance Sector, providing a dynamic and challenging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources effectively, including material, personnel, and financial assets, to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff members accordingly.
- Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve these goals.
- Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations for staff.
- Establish robust financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Experience RequirementsApplicants should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
