We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team at our Surrey, BC location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A people person, with a strong focus on providing superior client service
  • Level 2 General Insurance License

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of client service and care by servicing your assigned book of business
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and clients through client renewals and new business opportunities
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer coverage solutions
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables
  • Focus on continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities
  • Support day-to-day operational needs as required
