As a dynamic thought partner, you will provide financial guidance on various matters, focusing on:

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to Business Units and Departments, assessing opportunities and risks, and developing financial strategies.
  • Implement and manage a monthly financial review process, analyzing significant variances against plans and projecting full-year impacts.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to assigned Business Units to optimize performance and ensure a favorable return on investment.
  • Maintain the integrity of financial records with full P&L ownership of assigned units, establishing robust processes for accuracy.
  • Coordinate periodic planning exercises in collaboration with the FP&A lead.
  • Focus on value addition by influencing decisions, identifying investment opportunities, and forecasting future business outcomes.
  • Engage with Global and Regional stakeholders, participating in projects and adopting best practices.
  • Serve as a Solution Architect, understanding business interdependencies and co-creating innovative solutions to drive financial results.
  • Establish and uphold strong controls and compliance practices.
  • Assist in designing and monitoring appropriate controls, developing standard operating procedures as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
  • CPA or similar certification is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance FP&A/FBP within a multinational environment, with a solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience in Pharma or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
  • Big 4 audit experience is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative thinking, with proficiency in Excel modeling and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge performance metrics and drive data-driven business decisions.
  • Skilled in fostering ongoing improvements through engagement and persuasion.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to see the broader picture while understanding intricate details.
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships through reliability and commitment.
  • Flexible team player with strong project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools like SAP, HFM, TM1, or Power BI.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Power BI.
