Job Summary:

  • Work in the Welding Department alongside the Welding Supervisor and a team of skilled Welders.
  • Ensure Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork are top priorities.
  • Read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, and perform welding and fabrication in aluminum and steel.
  • Use various tools and equipment, including welding machines, saws, and drill presses.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineering to prototype new designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks in aluminum and steel.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including welding machines and saws.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineering to develop new designs.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements:

  • High School/GED diploma required.
  • Experience in welding/fabrication and fitting skills in aluminum and steel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and take corrective action.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
