Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at ABS Collision Inc.

Job Summary:

The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts and products using various welding processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

The Welder will work in a well-equipped fabrication shop with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Welder will work 37.5 hours per week.
