About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at A Nicer Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Administrative: Shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Russian.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, reliability, values and ethics.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week, English language.
