Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular rounds of surveillance to ensure the security of the facility
  • Monitor and securely detain individuals as necessary
  • Monitor and control designated areas to prevent unauthorized access
  • Perform daily and unscheduled searches to maintain a secure environment
  • Verify inmate departures and ensure inmate admission
Requirements
  • A valid security guard license
  • Use of force training (can be completed at the GardaWorld campus upon hiring)
  • Availability to work full-time
  • At least one year of experience in safety or a related field
  • Quebec high school diploma or Ministry of Education equivalency required
