About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled Pavement Management Engineer to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our asset management group, you will work closely with our project teams to provide asset management solutions to our diverse portfolio of projects and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pavement management systems to optimize asset performance and extend the lifespan of infrastructure assets.
  • Work with project managers and asset management teams to contribute to project setup and execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to develop and maintain asset condition models, leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement asset management software solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they receive high-quality asset management solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve asset management processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil infrastructure design, construction, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of transportation asset management principles, including pavement condition modeling, asset management software, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access and SQL, and experience with asset management software environments such as Cartegraph, AgileAssets, and Bentley.
  • Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS platforms is an asset.
