We are a well-established company in a growing industry, dedicated to providing exceptional property restoration services. Our team of experts is committed to delivering top-notch results, and we're looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of disaster recovery and restoration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing restoration staff, assessing damage, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment
  • Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed to repair it
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, businesses, and families
  • Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a hassle-free experience for the insured
  • Quality control of all aspects of the job

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager in disaster recovery or construction
  • Ability to communicate perfectly in French and English, both written and oral
  • Willingness to learn and be receptive to learning
  • Passion for customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to problem solve and manage priorities
  • Computer skills, with experience in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record summary
  • Clean criminal record
