As an integral part of the Experiential Marketing division, the Experiential Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in orchestrating and implementing marketing initiatives and events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating consumer interest. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments and assist the Experiential Marketing Team in conceptualizing events, coordinating with agencies, organizing logistics, tracking essential performance indicators, and aiding in the financial management of national event initiatives.
The events may encompass consumer engagement programs, exclusive gatherings, product unveilings, retailer showcases, virtual experiences, sponsorship endeavors, and various other activities. Additionally, you will support the management of the Experiential Marketing Fleet and assist with the routine administrative tasks of the department. We seek an enthusiastic team player who is highly creative, adept at juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines, flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You take pride in your contributions and are eager to evaluate the success of initiatives against established goals.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, including Sales, Public Relations, Logistics, Legal, and the broader Brand Management team, to bring planned initiatives to fruition. Foster strong working relationships with external production agencies, vendors, creative partners, and brand collaborators. Oversee individual project budgets, timelines, and approval workflows for both internal and external creative resources. Represent the brand at diverse events, engaging with customers, Brand Ambassadors, and product specialists. Assist in on-site event execution, coordination, and supervision of external vendors and staff. Provide support to the Experiential Marketing team with various daily tasks, including planning, CRM communication, development of lead generation tools, and social media strategies. Handle administrative and program management tasks, including budget tracking and financial oversight. Develop communications to ensure activities are effectively shared internally and with the dealer network when appropriate. Maintain ongoing communication with agencies, Senior Specialists, and department management regarding current event information and outcomes. Compile comprehensive event summary reports, analytics, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management review. Regularly assess and report on prospect engagement, lead generation, and program effectiveness. Prepare materials and presentations for meetings as necessary. Manage the marketing fleet requirements, including transportation, fueling/charging, detailing, and invoice processing. Perform general tasks as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the Experiential and Partnerships Marketing sector.What You Bring to the Team

A degree from a university or college, preferably in Marketing or Experiential Marketing, with graduation within the last year. A valid full-class driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience in event marketing, ideally with a minimum of one year. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset. Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Proven team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States.
