About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at LUSO LUXURY LTD. as a key member of our events team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Conference and Meeting Services
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our conference and meeting services
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Site Selection and Management
    • Inspect and select suitable venues for conferences and meetings
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate logistics for conferences and meetings, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation
    • Manage event budgets and ensure timely delivery of events
  • Communication and Public Relations
    • Develop and implement communication plans to promote events and engage with attendees
    • Manage media relations and coordinate press coverage
  • Registration and Administration
    • Develop and implement registration systems for events
    • Manage event administration, including attendee lists, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute conferences and meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Post-Event Evaluation
    • Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement post-event surveys and feedback mechanisms
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
