About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at LUSO LUXURY LTD. as a key member of our events team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Conference and Meeting Services
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our conference and meeting services
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Site Selection and Management
    • Inspect and select suitable venues for conferences and meetings
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement event plans, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements
    • Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience
  • Registration and Ticketing
    • Develop and implement registration systems for events
    • Manage ticketing and payment processes
  • Communication and Marketing
    • Develop and implement communication plans to promote events
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials and campaigns
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in budget preparation and management
    • Monitor and report on event expenses and revenue
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
