• Capability to collaborate effectively with retail sales colleagues at all levels and contribute positively to the workplace atmosphere

Our Retail Sales Associates play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across various sectors (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store, including but not limited to:


• Engaging as a vital member of a high-performing team through trust, dedication, and a results-oriented mindset.


• Establishing a rapport with customers from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up.


• Consistently applying benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom apparel, and special occasion rentals.


• Actively promoting and participating in team selling to positively influence store sales performance and metrics.


• Assisting with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related initiatives, as well as conducting inventory counts.


• Operating the cash register as a cashier during transactions.

Physical Requirements:


• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

We consider an individual's skills, background, and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.

You may have the opportunity to work across multiple store locations and brands voluntarily.
