We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Premier Truck Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers and meeting their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Search catalogs and databases to locate and verify product information
- Communicate with vendors to determine availability and pricing of products
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor
- Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and locating products
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year experience in parts sales and/or counter operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
