Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Kenora, ON location. In this role, you will oversee the store's overall performance, focusing on achieving sales and financial objectives while ensuring exemplary customer service and adherence to merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store's sales performance and profitability
- Control operational expenses and foster positive customer relations
- Implement and uphold customer service standards
- Ensure merchandise availability and resolve stock issues
- Adhere to pricing and display guidelines
- Recruit, train, and develop store Associates
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Execute advertising setups accurately and timely
- Oversee receipt of inventory shipments
- Handle administrative tasks effectively
- Enforce loss prevention policies and procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Self-motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit flexibility, friendliness, and professionalism
