FP&A Manager
Job Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and reporting activities for the Brokerage business in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
- Lead the financial planning process, including the development of the annual operating plan and monthly forecast
- Deliver strong commercial finance support to the Canadian Advisory business to enable delivery of revenue and EBITDA targets
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations and drive business growth
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; MBA or MAcc is a plus
- Strong financial acumen and foundation, coupled with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
- Experience participating in accounting close process; understanding of US GAAP is a plus
