Position Overview:

As a Sushi Preparation Specialist, your role will involve crafting sushi, filleting seafood, cooking rice, and pricing items at the Sushi Bar. You will provide exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring that all sushi products are accurately labeled, rotated, and that the shelves are well-stocked. During quieter periods, you will maintain the cleanliness of the department and assist with any additional tasks as required.

Candidate Profile:

You are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to every customer. You possess the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. You can follow culinary recipes and demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques. You are capable of preparing a diverse range of menu items to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in food preparation is preferred. A Level 1 Food Safe certificate is advantageous. Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of your scheduled shift. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols.

Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: $17.40-$21.00 per hour
