Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized and visually appealing, and that all sales staff are aware of product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in a visually appealing manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
