Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume positions and conduct thorough sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates. Advise on recruiting best practices, staffing processes, and employment policies. Leverage data to provide insights on the talent market and drive informed decision-making. Foster a diverse candidate pipeline and ensure unbiased selection practices.
Requirements:
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within staffing and corporate environments, with a focus on international and Canadian recruitment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and talent acquisition technology (Workday preferred). Strong in Microsoft Office Suite.
