Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for driving performance improvement efforts to equipment availability and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of critical quality components to measure effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support to teams and execute administrative responsibilities.
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • Certification in computing – proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive manufacturing background, especially in bottling environments with technical experience.
