Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our packaging materials and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality training programs for employees and contractors
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and safety issues
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
- Participate in the development and implementation of new packaging materials and processes
- Provide training and support to employees on quality and safety procedures
- Conduct GMP audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of quality and safety initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Diploma in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Quality Management System)
- Training of Trainers certificate
- HACCP certificate
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP
- 3 years' experience in Food Industry in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Internal Auditor certificate for Food Safety Management system
