Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of critical quality components to measure effectiveness.
  • Support the development of process documentation and quality-related data analysis.
  • Provide technical and operational support to ensure seamless quality operations.
  • Identify and escalate quality-related issues beyond elementary capabilities.
  • Contribute to organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • Certification in computing – proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive manufacturing background, especially in bottling environments with technical experience.
