About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Payments and Cash Management team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, process maps, and other documentation to support business process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Conduct business impact assessments and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Work with IT teams to develop and implement solutions to support business process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience.
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience with business process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
