Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Centro Contracting Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

The Contract Manager will be responsible for evaluating daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. This will involve monitoring key performance indicators and making adjustments as needed.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

The Contract Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure that the company is operating within its means. This will involve creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings.

Oversee the Evaluation of the Cost and Quality of Goods or Services

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services to ensure that they meet the company's standards. This will involve working with suppliers, evaluating bids, and making recommendations for procurement.

Manage Contracts

The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing contracts to ensure that they are up-to-date and compliant with company policy. This will involve reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.

Oversee the Analysis of Data and Information

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions. This will involve working with the finance team to analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Oversee the Preparation of Reports

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports to ensure that they are accurate and timely. This will involve working with the finance team to prepare financial reports, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for changes.

Advise Senior Management

The Contract Manager will be responsible for advising senior management on contract-related matters. This will involve providing recommendations for contract management, identifying areas for improvement, and making suggestions for changes.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP degree is required.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Work Term

This is a permanent position.

Work Language

English is the primary language of communication.

Hours

30 hours per week.
