About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited. As a key member of our quality program, you will be responsible for ensuring our quality standards meet regulatory, customer, and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and lead external inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Nutrition teams to improve quality metrics and resolve issues.
  • Review and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure quality standards are understood and implemented across the organization.
  • Participate in quality team meetings and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in food/feed safety programs and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ontario and Saskatchewan as required.
