Position Overview

The role of the Construction Site Supervisor at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. involves overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones while monitoring project progress.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to guide construction activities.
  • Manage procurement of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Establish and enforce quality control programs to ensure standards are met.
  • Analyze data and information to inform decision-making processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project status and outcomes.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
