Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at St Regis Group Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the effective management of our cleaning services.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
