Job Summary

The Team Lead - Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery team. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our customer service representatives, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our technical support team to resolve technical issues and ensure that our clients' equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service requests, issues, and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching and training to our customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
