Maintenance Supervisor

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Upholding and advocating for safety protocols for yourself and your team members;
- Effectively communicating, organizing, and planning the tasks of your team;
- Assisting the team in overcoming obstacles and fostering their growth;
- Suggesting projects aimed at enhancing performance;
- Engaging in the resolution of mechanical and electrical issues;
- Expanding your expertise by working with cutting-edge equipment;
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on machinery;
- Responding to urgent requests by offering technical assistance to production and other departments;
- Contributing to the setup and commissioning of equipment;
- Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks.
ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO:
- Holds a degree in electromechanics or industrial mechanics;
- Is solution-oriented and enjoys being proactive;
- Has a passion for supporting and leading teams;
- Can prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively;
- Is proficient with computerized technologies, including touch screens and automated systems;
- Takes initiative and remains persistent when faced with challenges;
- Can make swift decisions;
- May possess strengths such as experience in a similar environment and knowledge of French and/or English.
Are you ready to contribute to our success?
- Day shift: Monday to Friday (6:00/6:30 AM to 2:30/3:00 PM) - 8-hour shifts;
- Evening shift: Monday to Thursday (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) - Friday (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM) - 5 x 8-hour shifts;
- Compensation: $27.08 to $35.12 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials (evening: +$0.50/hr - Night: +$1/hr).
