Welding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Wrought Iron Art. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and safe execution of tasks.
- Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
- Determine weldability of materials and operate hoisting and lifting equipment as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
- Client focus and flexibility.
- Organized and team player with strong punctuality and hardworking attitude.
