About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Cloud Technology Enablement to lead our local practice to success. This role demands strategic leadership, business acumen, and a passion for driving growth in areas such as Technology Strategy, Cloud Computing, and DevOps.
Your Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the overall growth of the practice by fostering business development, talent management, and exceptional leadership within the team.
- Lead business development initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Mentor and develop team members to maximize their performance and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage engagement risk, project economics, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and present innovative service offerings to new and existing clients, aligning solutions with their unique business needs.
- Engage in industry forums and events, representing Slalom as a thought leader and driving thought leadership within the cloud technology space.
- Support recruiting efforts and cultivate future leaders within the practice, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud transformation, product engineering, application integration, or DevOps methodologies.
- Demonstrated success managing P&L responsibilities within a consulting environment.
- A track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and cultivating client partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in operations management and excellent communication skills in English and French.
