Office Operations Coordinator at Canadian Property Stars
Administrative Support / Human Resources Specialist
This engaging position requires a proactive individual with a strong inclination towards leadership. As part of a motivated team of 3-5 Sales Managers, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Recruiting student personnel from educational institutions and career events
- Assisting in the organization of recruitment events at the company
- Facilitating the onboarding and training processes for student employees for seasonal roles
- Overseeing daily work shift allocations
- Interacting with clients through phone and email communications
- Maintaining documentation of sales and service activities
- Executing database management responsibilities
- Launching team competitions and events
Proficiency in English is essential. While previous experience is advantageous, we prioritize the right mindset and will offer comprehensive training.
These positions provide extensive training, full-time employment, a competitive salary, group health benefits, RRSP matching, and travel accommodations. The starting salary is set at a minimum of $3750 per month for the initial 8 months, with potential bonuses leading to an annual income range of $30,000 to $50,000 during the same timeframe. Additional off-season roles may also be available.
