Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at The Pureland Health Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members and support their professional development.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
