About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Engineering Technologist to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing power equipment and systems, installing equipment, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop power equipment and systems, including prototypes, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain equipment, including electrical and electronic systems, to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and development activities to improve the design and functionality of power equipment and systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test and evaluate the performance of power equipment and systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of equipment installation, maintenance, and testing activities.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as electrical or electronic engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
