Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at 3 Dreams Trading Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist customers with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees to help them integrate into our team and provide a welcoming work environment.

Support for Indigenous People

We offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to help them succeed in their roles and provide cultural competency training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment.

Work Environment

We offer a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
