Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shady Tree Neighbourhood Pub. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to describe them to customers.
  • Order Taking: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
