Patient Care Coordinator (Acute & Ambulatory Care) - Vancouver Coastal Health

Vancouver Coastal Health is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse to become an integral part of our team. This role involves providing guidance and support to the interdisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Overview:

  • Oversee patient care operations within a specific area of expertise.
  • Ensure the delivery of superior patient care while serving as a clinical resource.
  • Facilitate the training and professional development of staff members.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and research initiatives.
  • Encourage educational advancement and research activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia.
  • Relevant clinical experience along with administrative or supervisory skills.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Capability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and the physical capacity to fulfill job responsibilities.
