Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient care operations within a specialized clinical setting
  • Facilitate smooth patient transitions and access to services
  • Serve as a clinical mentor, providing training and guidance to staff
  • Design and assess educational programs rooted in adult learning methodologies
  • Support administrative functions and coordinate staff activities
  • Encourage educational and research projects
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
  • Possession of a specialty nursing certificate along with three years of pertinent experience
  • Experience in supervisory roles, teaching, and group facilitation

  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities
  • Proficient in teaching and coaching
  • Familiarity with evidence-based nursing practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
