Join Our Team as a Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Resource Ability. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to infants with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to infants with respiratory issues
  • Work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of each client
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the health and well-being of each client
  • Document all care provided and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current registration with BCCNM
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
