Job Opportunity at Resource Ability

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric 1:1 Nurse to join our team at Resource Ability. As a nurse with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with children with complex medical needs in their home communities throughout British Columbia.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to infants with medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of each child
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the child's physical, emotional, and developmental needs
Requirements:
  • Current registration with BCCNM
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
