About the Role

Chamomile Adult Services is seeking a skilled Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Provide direct support to clients with daily living tasks, including housekeeping and food preparation
  • Assist clients with special needs and accompany them to appointments and social outings
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct follow-up assessments and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Developmental services worker (DSW) Training
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
