Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the innovative design and execution of projects by engaging with all relevant stakeholders, including tenants, consumers, contractors, and the broader community, to develop tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Tackle complex design and technical challenges with creativity and expertise.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Lead project teams with inspirational guidance to achieve efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance in-house capabilities and establish best practices in design, technical execution, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience in architectural design and leadership, particularly in healthcare projects.
  • Experience in guiding clinical user groups through the design development process is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare capital project planning approvals is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AFP/P3 procurement models is a plus.
  • A professional degree in architecture (Master's degree preferred).
  • Registered Architect status is preferred or eligibility for registration.
  • Proficient in managing and coordinating BIM projects and processes.
  • Expertise in REVIT, Navisworks, and LEED AP certification is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in both analog and digital visual communication methods are essential.
  • Extensive experience in project planning, design, technical production, and contract management.
  • Proven leadership experience in defining project scope and directing the efforts of professional architects and technical staff across multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Capable of leading large-scale projects with construction values exceeding $100 million, including consultant coordination and client management.
  • Experience in leading project pursuit initiatives, including RFQ/RFP responses and fee proposals.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Suite.
