About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Architect to contribute to the design of outstanding healthcare facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and effective healthcare designs that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement healthcare design solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence
  • Collaborate with clients and user groups to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work independently and provide mentorship to junior staff
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and specification writers during design and documentation
  • Prepare high-quality drawings in a REVIT environment
Qualifications
  • More than eight years of experience in an environment of design excellence
  • Masters-level degree in Architecture
  • Evidence of continuing education in the field of healthcare design
  • EDAC (Evidence-Based Design Accreditation) Sigma Six or LEAN training is an advantage
  • Experience with dRofus or similar data management programs is an advantage
  • Experience in a P3 environment is an advantage
  • Eligibility for Membership in the OAA
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Advanced knowledge of current versions of REVIT and AutoCAD
  • Contract Administration experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to undertake work in both official languages is a strong asset
