Make a Difference in Healthcare Architecture

At DIALOG, we're passionate about design and its impact on community wellbeing. We're seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager to lead our healthcare projects and drive innovation in design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovatively design and deliver projects that meet the needs of stakeholders, including tenants, consumers, contractors, and the community.
  • Resolve complex design and technical issues, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, providing inspirational leadership and direction to team members.
  • Help implement the goals and objectives set out in the annual business plan through leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the architectural team members.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years architectural design and leadership experience, with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Experience in leading clinical user groups through design development is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Ontario Ministry of Health capital project planning approvals.
  • Familiarity with AFP/P3 procurement models is an asset.
  • First Professional Architecture degree (Master's Degree in Architecture is a plus).
  • Registered Architect preferred (or eligible).
  • Knowledge of coordination and management of BIM projects and processes.
  • REVIT expertise, Navisworks, and LEED AP is an asset.
  • Proficiency with analogue (hand) and electronic forms of visual and graphic communication is essential.
