Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wendcorp Holdings Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
