Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team at LOAD KING TRANSPORT INC. as a Heavy Duty Cleaner. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the facility is secure and compliant with regulations.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the facility.
